Grievance Policy

Impact Coaching Academy is committed to treating all individuals equitably and resolving any grievances in a timely and fair manner. Participants are entitled to file a grievance concerning the content or presentation of the program, facility concerns, or instructor/faculty behavior. Our organization will make every effort to address all grievances to prevent any future issues.

Below is the process for filing a grievance:

  1. Initially, participants should try to resolve the issue directly with the educator/trainer, staff, or participant with whom they have an issue. If the participant is unable to address the individual directly or does not feel comfortable doing so, they can move on to step 2.
  2. If participants are not comfortable speaking with the individual with whom they have a grievance or are unable to resolve the issue directly, they should submit a written grievance to the program manager within ten days. Once received, the program manager will review the grievance and talk to the student within two days to attempt to resolve the issue in collaboration with all parties involved.
  3. In the event that a participant is not satisfied with the resolution, they should submit a written appeal request to service@impactcoaching.academy. The appeal should include the original complaint and the reason(s) why the participant is not content with the resolution attempt(s). Appeals will be reviewed, and a written response will be provided to the participant within five days. All appeal decisions are final.
