Terri Hase
Director
Terri has been leading coach training programs since 2005, and has been coaching since 2001. Emerging as a coaches coach was quite an unexpected surprise, but it has blossomed to become some of the most successful and rewarding work Terri does. She has a huge passion for helping coaches live their dreams, by being the person, and coach, they desire to be.

Dr. Lee Baucom
Co-Principal
Dr. Baucom is also the author of Thrive Principles, where he outlines 15 strategies to help anyone build a thriving life. Dr. Baucom is the creator of the Save The Marriage System. The author of two best-selling books on saving relationships, Dr. Baucom brings a coach’s attitude to his training as a therapist. Over the last three decades, Dr. Baucom has coached and consulted with individuals and organizations around the world. His expertise in thriving has transformed individuals, couples, families, and organizations from stuck to excellence.

Shell Cowper-Smith
As a Certified Parent Coach, she is a highly successful family coach, trained and mentored by Diana Sterling, the founder and author of The Parent as Coach Approach®. Shell has seen hundreds of families’ experience transformation. She continues to see private clients and partners with other coaches in her community.

Lorraine Lane
Her persistence and love of learning got her through the challenges of beginning a business, and those experiences now serve her in coaching her clients.
She has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Management and Professional Development Departments for San Jose State University in California’s Silicon Valley and for St. Leo University and Pasco-Hernando State College in Florida.
